Q. How small or large of a hard drive can you recover?
A. We can work on any size of hard drive; bigger hard drives will take longer to recover. -Up-

Q. I don't know which file system I had on my hard drive before it crashed.
A. If you are running Windows, the file system is listed below. If you are inexperienced with different Windows versions, here are the most commonly used file systems:
Win 95, Win 98, Win Me use: FAT or Fat32 based file system.
Win NT, Win 2000, XP can have file systems: FAT, Fat32, NTFS. -Up-

Q. How will you save my Data?
A. You can bring your own (new) hard drive (Bigger than the original) or we can save it on CD's. Please enclosed your own CD's or the first 3 CD's are Free. -Up-

Q. Can you recover data from Mac?
A. NO, sorry we do not service Macs at this time. -Up-

Q. Can you recover data from Floppy, Zip Drive, CD's, CDR's and DVD's?
A. NO, only CD's, CDR's and CDRW at this time, but we can give you a free referrals. -Up-

Q. Can you recover data if my hard drive is not recognized by the BIOS of my computer?
A. NO, not at this time, but we can give you a free referrals. -Up-

Q. Can you recover data if my hard drive is not turning on?
A. NO, not at this time, but we can give you a free referrals. -Up-

A. NO, if you have corrupted / damaged sectors on the hard drive, we will not be able to recover the data on that sector, but other non-corrupted / damaged sectors can be recovered. -Up-

Q. Is your Data Recovery Service Guaranteed?
A. Yes, as long as your hard drive is recognized by the bios and doesn't have a physical problem. -Up-

Q. What is the time frame for the Data Recovery Service?
A. Although we try to rush to get your data back, it is not guaranteed since we offer first-come first-serve basis. The normal turn-around would be 0-4 days. -Up-

Q. What are your Rates?
A. Larger hard drives take longer to recover; we charge a flat rate that depends on the size of the hard drive. -Up-

Q. What is the normal turn-around time?
A. If your hard drive has software failures or is lost or corrupted by Windows, the normal turn around time is Next-Day or 2 days. If your hard drive is formatted, fdisk, operating system not found, virus attack or accidental deletion of files, then normal turn around time is 2-5 days. -Up-
