• You must have all directories or file(s) name with you. Please DO NOT just tell us that you need any files from Microsoft Words (like, just save all my document files). During the Data Recovery process, if we can recover the Data, we will see thousands to millions of files and we have to search for your files. Hourly Rates will be applied if you don't know the files or directories. This is for time spent looking for your files. We will NOT save any Program Files (like Microsoft Office, AOL, etc...), most Programs will NOT work if you DO NOT install the System Files (*.vxd) or if you copy from one Computer to another Computer, due to missing System Files.

Data Recovery is not possible in the cases where data is physically overwritten by low level disk format, file overwrite.

0-450 Gig Hard Drive Data Transfer If your Computer is not working or have an operating system failure;  i.e. Windows is not starting. Assumes files are incorrupt and the Hard Drive is ok and there are no bad Sectors or damage Partitions, then you don't need to go through our data recovery services. You only need a data transfer, plus cost of media (CD, HDD, Zip Disk, HDD Rental Available) Example:  You have an 80Gig Hard Drive and you wanted to transfer to another media. Your cost will be $150 plus the cost of media.
