This fee is applied when we come and pick-up your Laptop / Notebook for evaluation without any work being done or beyond repairable.
If there is a service required on your computer and you give us permission to go-ahead, then this evaluation fee will be waived (FREE).

Express shipping for parts are available with most manufactures, some Hardware may take longer and is subject to manufacture's availability. This service includes a Free CD with your computer drivers updated, if applicable. All of your computer data will be saved. (Windows Only, serial # not included, except for manufactures CD recovery)
PLEASE NOTE: If you need Software Installation, Configure Networking, Dial-Up Internet or DSL Set-Up after we install Windows on your PC, we can configure it for you for a flat rate. A successful installation is defined as the Computer booting up and showing the desktop with a Start button. All additional Programs will need to be reinstalled by user. New LCD Screens are expensive to replace, but we can find used inexpensive LCD Screens. OK Computer Services only charges for labor fee. New LCD flat panel is the most expensive item to replace, and in most cases, may exceed the value of the Laptop / Notebook.
Please Note: LCD Sample Price List are NOT guaranteed due to different models and LCD types.
All LCD screens are mostly system pulls that have been refurbished to working order, unless you want them new (New is expensive). All LCD Screens suppliers do not refurbish the glass therefore most have minor cosmetic blemishes due to normal use. All warranty against DOA (Dead On Arrival), and 5 or more dead pixels for screens. No other extended warranties apply. There should not be any cracks or lines on the LCD?s. Manufactures use many different model LCD's in the same model notebook and they are not all compatible with each other even though they are the same laptop. Please check your LCD's model number if you can, before contacting us for the exact quote.

Liquid Spillages are very hard to tell whether it is repairable or not due to the amount and types of spillages. The most damages that we see is the Motherboard and some common hardware are; Keyboard, CPU, Memory (RAM), and Hard Drive. Other minors hardware are; Power Button, Mouse, Case, Fans...
NOTE:
Minor Liquid Spillages like Water maybe easier for us to repair. Most of the time the Keyboard will have to be replaced.
Major Liquid Spillages like Soda, Wines, etc... are harder to repair and maybe non-repairable. Most of the time the Motherboard will have to be replaced. Other hardware may also needed are; Keyboard, CPU, Memory (RAM), and Hard Drive.
